Terms and Conditions
 
  1. This AIRism Sampling promotion (“Promotion”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India at their e-commerce platform (https://www.uniqlo.com/in/en/) or through the UNIQLO mobile application.
  2. The Promotion starts on 25th April 2024 and ends on 9th May 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
  3. All customers who purchase any Men’s Premium Linen Shirt during the Promotion Period shall be eligible for the Promotion and get an AIRism Inner Top for free (“Sample”) and an AIRism leaflet along with their order.
  4. The Promotion is valid only till stocks last, during the Promotion Period.
  5. The customer shall only be eligible to get one Sample during the Promotion. Breaking up an order to get multiple Samples is strictly prohibited.
  6. The Sample is non-exchangeable, non-returnable, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, and no substitution for cash alternative is offered. Color, and Sample sub-type preference shall not be allowed. Uniqlo will send a Sample of the relevant size as the Men’s Premium Linen Shirt ordered. In case of non-availability of the relevant size, UNIQLO shall not be obligated to send any sample with the order.
  7. UNIQLO will endeavour to send the Sample along with the order. However, UNIQLO will not be obligated to send another Sample and no compensation will be given in case of missing Sample from the order for any reason whatsoever. Further, the Samples are sent on as is where is basis.
  8. In case the customer decides to return the Men’s Premium Linen Shirt then the customer shall be obligated to return the Sample.
  9. Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  10. Each customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company, and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
  11. UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
  12. Disputes, if any, in relation to this Promotion shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and the decision shall be final and binding on all customers. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.
  13. The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.
  14. All other standard terms and conditions issued by UNIQLO shall be applicable.
