Q. Do I have to pay shipping charges if I have redeemed a voucher in the same order?

-In case the total item value is over & above 2999/- before applying the voucher value then the order is applicable for free shipping and no shipping fee will be charged.

-If the total item value is less than 2999/-  a shipping fee (250INR) will be charged. In case of any additional services availed and service charge is added in total order value, still the order will not be applicable for free shipping as the total item value is less than 2999/- and a shipping fee of 250/- INR will be charged.
