You can track your order by visiting the "Order History" page in your Uniqlo membership account click on the Tracking no. showing on your App to track your order live. The link will show an estimated date or arrival of your order.
Don't have Uniqlo App need not worry once your online order is shipped you will receive an automated email from our system with the live order tracking link to track your order. Please refer to the link to refer to our standard delivery timeline
Click & Collect online order will deliver to our store from warehouse. Once the parcel is ready for collection, you will receive the email for pickup and the order status in [ORDER HISTORY] will update as [Ready for pickup].
