Uniqlo wants to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our service is run efficiently. You understand and agree not to:- firstly post, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; secondly, act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes, or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the website/ app or which impact the security of the website/ app; thirdly, employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism including spider boards, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents to navigate or search the Website/ App or to copy content from the Website/ App. We reserve the right to immediately and permanently bar access to the Website/ App and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions or misuses any of the services offered by us.
PRICES & DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices displayed on the Website/ App include Goods and Service Tax (“GST”) or any other alternate indirect tax but do not include the delivery charge. If the GST rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost of each delivery method is clearly indicated during the checkout process and our standard delivery fee (excluding for click and collect from store) is INR 100/- (all inclusive) for any order up to INR 50,000/-.
Uniqlo shall charge an alteration fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 250/- for the products having MRP of less than Rs. 1290/- for the normal stitches and Rs. 500/- for the blind stitches. For products having MRP of Rs. 1290/- and above, there shall be no alteration fee for normal stitches and Rs. 250/- shall be charged for blind stitches. For discounted products, the final price paid by the customer for a particular product for which alteration service has been requested shall be taken in to consideration for determining the alteration fee.
Under no circumstances, the return or refund or exchange of product(s) on which alteration has been made as per the customer's request shall be allowed. ORDER TAKING/CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The order and delivery process shall be as below: -
(i) You may browse and choose products on the website uniqlo.com/in/en/ or the App based on available stock. At the time of selection, you are advised to choose the size and colour as well. To choose a product click on "Add to Cart".
(ii) The products are added to your cart and once you have filled the cart with items you intend to purchase, you can click on checkout to complete the purchase.
(iii) At this stage you have to choose the delivery options from “Click and Collect” at the store or delivered to your given address. Once confirmed you can proceed to make the payment to complete the transaction.
(iv) Shipping fee is not applicable if you choose “Click and Collect” option.
(v) You are then taken to the third-party payment gateway where you will enter the payment details after which you will be brought back to the Website/ App page. Once confirmed, you will receive a summary of your purchase on the email.
Uniqlo exercises utmost due diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to facilitate the delivery of your order to an address in India in accordance with your selected delivery option through a third party logistic provider ("Delivery Partner").
Uniqlo shall endeavour to dispatch orders in the fastest possible manner and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 15 business days following the confirmation of an order unless otherwise agreed. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. You will be provided with the tracking details for the delivery once the Order is dispatched. We will endeavour to provide you with timely delivery updates. Though we aim to deliver within the agreed time frame, the delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In case of any delay in delivery, you are requested to contact the Delivery Partner. The Delivery Partner is a third party and not directly related to Uniqlo/ Fast Retailing.
You are requested to check the package for any tampering at the time of delivery and in case any discrepancy is found, you are required to notify the delivery personnel. No claims would be entertained in case this discrepancy is raised at a later date.
An order once placed and confirmed for “Delivery” cannot be converted to “Click and Collect” order.
CLICK AND COLLECT
In the event a Customer chooses “Click and Collect” at the time of checkout, it shall be the obligation of the Customer to collect the order from the pick-up counter at the store. A customer may also place an order on the Website / App and at the time of checkout select the option for “Click and Collect”. Once payment is done, and order is confirmed, we will notify you when the order is ready. Uniqlo normally takes 24 hours to prepare an order and the Customer would then be notified for pick-up. Customer will be required to carry a proof of purchase mentioning the order number so that the order can be verified. Customers are requested to check the completeness of the Order at the time of the pick-up and verify the contents of the order. Uniqlo will not be liable for any claim made by the Customer regarding incomplete order after the order has been collected by the Customer. Customers are requested to not mention or disclose the order no. to any third party. Uniqlo’s liability and obligation would be to deliver the order to any person quoting the order no and furnishing the proof of purchase. Uniqlo may or may not retain a copy of the proof of purchase furnished by the customer. Uniqlo shall not be liable for any loss or claim made by the customer on account of non-receipt, if Uniqlo has delivered the order to a person furnishing the order number and / or proof of delivery.
A “Click and Collect” order cannot be converted to a “Delivery” order once place. Customers are therefore requested to be careful at the time of check-out on the Website / App.
EXCHANGE & REFUND
All Exchange and Refund will be as per the Uniqlo’s Exchange and Refund policy available at https://www.uniqlo.com/in/corp/returnpolicy.html. Additionally, the following are clarified:-
- Exchanges are not permitted for online orders and only returns shall be allowed as per the return policy. For returns the customer is required to go through the Uniqlo India website or APP and in certain cases send an email or call on the customer service toll-free number or irrespective of whether such order was a “Delivery” order or a “Click and Collect” order.
- Uniqlo reserves the right to ship back the non-returnable item to the customer.
- Uniqlo reserves the right to prevent re-registration of membership account if the customer has had his/her membership cancelled in the past. Further, any attempt to create or possess multiple membership accounts by the same customer shall be rejected without assigning any reason.
- Any purchase made in a store can be exchanged only at a store and a request for exchange of the same cannot be made online through the Website or App.
- For any assistance in respect of exchange or refund, you are requested to contact on the aforesaid the customer care details.
- In case of any return a return fee of Rs. 50/- shall be charged except for the cases where return has been initiated due to wrongly delivered or damaged item(s).
- In case of incorrect delivery of products, Customer should call the Customer Care after making an online request for return at the website.
- Once the refund request is accepted by Uniqlo, the relevant details will be sent to the delivery company who will then come to pick up the goods identified for exchange/ refund. All returned goods for refund will first be inspected to ensure that they are unused, not damaged, soiled and the price tag is intact and any refund will be processed only after such inspection is complete at Uniqlo’s business center. If such an inspection fails, the product will be resent to you and no refund will be processed.
- The customer shall ensure that goods for return (purchased under a single invoice) are to be picked up from one single address at the same time and in case of pick up from multiple addresses or different times, Uniqlo reserves the right to refuse such return.
- In case of a refund by Uniqlo, only the price of the good(s) would be refunded and under no circumstances the delivery charges would be refunded except for wrongly delivered items or damaged items.

You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card or any other such modes acceptable by the Payment Gateway provider. The applicable amount will be debited when you have placed your order in the checkout. Uniqlo’s Payment Gateway provider reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks or in case any of the details provided cannot be verified.
Uniqlo is not responsible for indirect and /or consequential losses such as loss of profits or opportunity or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, lockdowns, pandemic, nuclear accident and terrorist activity. Uniqlo would not be responsible if you accept a tampered parcel and don’t inform the delivery executive at the spot and Uniqlo reserves the right to refuse a refund / exchange of items claimed to have been tampered.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the Website/ App shall be limited to the total price of your order.
COLOURS AND MEASUREMENTS
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the quality and colour of such products. The colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours as the quality of displays across computers and mobile devices vary.
An items' measurement of size given on the Website/ App is only an approximate value to give you a better understanding of the model or the fit of that specific item and not to give a definite guarantee of the actual measurement of such item that you receive the final measurement of an item may vary depending on the material used as well as the time elapsed from the manufacturer/creation of that particular product to the actual purchase and delivery to you. You are requested to refer to the actual physical dimension and the Uniqlo sizing chart before placing your order.
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Uniqlo abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the provided exchange and refund mechanism.
If any part of these terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the rest of the terms shall continue to apply.
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at the Website/ App remain with Uniqlo and its subsidiaries or licensees. Any use of the Website/ App or its contents including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the written permission of Uniqlo.
