 Terms & Conditions -Product Review Sampling Campaign

1.This Product Review Sampling Campaign (“Campaign”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India, excluding the state of Tamil Nadu.

2.The Campaign starts from the 17th March 2023 (product sample(s) will change monthly) unless withdrawn earlier by UNIQLO, at its sole discretion.

3.Customers who shop at UNIQLO stores, website or the app and post product review(s) on the UNIQLO website will be eligible to participate in the Campaign. UNIQLO, at its sole discretion will select 40 (forty) customers each month who will be selected to receive product sample(s) under the Campaign. The customer is entitled to receive product sample(s) once a year only.

4.The criteria of judging the entries/reviews shall be set by UNIQLO and the customer agrees that the decision of UNIQLO shall be final and binding.

5.There is no fee for the participation.

6. The selected customers will be contacted by UNIQLO via an e-mail which will include a Consent Form that must be duly filled. In case the selected customer does not respond to the e-mail within 72 hours and fill the Consent Form, then such customer’s entry shall be cancelled and passed on to the next eligible customer. In such a case, the customer shall not be able to enter the Campaign later. UNIQLO shall not be responsible or liable to compensate any individual in the event of forfeiture of their entry.

7.The product sample(s) will be sent to the selected customer at their requested address within 15 days of them filling the Consent Form.

8.UNIQLO will thereafter send the selected customers a Review Form via e-mail that must be filled within 5 days of the customer receiving the product sample(s). The customers must also leave a review of the product sample on the UNIQLO website/app.

9.The product sample is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot be duplicated, is not for sale, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, and no substitution for cash alternative is offered.

10.Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

11.Disputes, if any, in relation to this Campaign shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and the decision of UNIQLO’s management in this regard shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.

12.The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.

13.Customers agree that personal data provided to UNIQLO including name, mailing address, telephone number and email address may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Campaign.

14.Customers also understand this data may be used by UNIQLO to verify a customer’s identity. Customers have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by UNIQLO in connection with the Campaign by contacting UNIQLO. If a customer does not provide the data required at the time of being selected for the Campaign, that customer’s entry will be ineligible. Otherwise, all personal information that is collected from the customer is subject to UNIQLO’s Privacy Policy.

15.By accepting the product sample(s), customers agree and consent to UNIQLO and its affiliates and/or subsidiaries using their review/name and/or likeness to name for a reasonable time during and after completion of the Campaign in promotional and advertising material of UNIQLO (or its agents), as participants of the Campaign without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

16.Each customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and / or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with participation in the Campaign.

17.UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Campaign at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
