Q. My return items were sent back to me and the return has been rejected?

Our team will reject the customer return in the below conditions only:
1) There is no original product(s) packaging, price tag or label
2) Missing Item parts received partial items
3) Product(s) not in new and original condition (It looks used/ washed)
4) Product is damaged (Torn/ Stain/ Wrinkle)
5) Product had smell (Cigarette/ Perfume/Body odor)
6) Non-returnable item (innerwear, mask, packaged items, accessories, heattech, pack/et of two items) Check the list
