Terms and Conditions
1. This AIRism Sampling promotion (“Promotion”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India, at all retail stores.
2. The Promotion starts on 28th March 2025 and ends until the stocks last (“Promotion Period”).
3. All customers who purchase any UNIQLO Products worth INR 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) or more during the Promotion Period and installs the UNIQLO official mobile application shall be eligible to be a part of the Promotion and get either of the following items for free:
1) Men - AIRism Seamless Boxer Brief or 2) Women - AIRism Seamless Shorts (both black) (“Sample”).
4. The Promotion is valid only till stocks last, during the Promotion Period.
5. The customer must share their invoice at either the Cash Wrap or the Promotion redemption counter set up at the store where the purchase is made for verification on the same date in order to get the Sample along with an AIRism leaflet.
6. The customer shall only be eligible to get one Sample during the Promotion. Breaking up an invoice to get multiple Samples is strictly prohibited.
7. In case the customer decides to return any of the original product then the customer shall be obligated to return the Sample. The packaging of the Sample should remain intact and should not be opened.
8. The Sample is non-exchangeable, non-returnable, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, and no substitution for cash alternative is offered. Choice of Sample type will be subject to stock availability. Color, and Sample sub-type preference shall not be allowed.
9. UNIQLO shall endeavor to provide a Sample of the desired size. However, in case of non-availability of the desired size, UNIQLO reserves the right to provide any size, as per availability.
10. Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
11. Customers agree that personal data, if any, that may be shared, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Promotion.
12. Customers also understand this data may be used by UNIQLO to verify a customer’s identity. Customers have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by UNIQLO in connection with the Promotion by contacting UNIQLO. All personal information that is collected from the customer is subject to UNIQLO’s Privacy Policy.
13. Each customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company, and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
14. UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
15. Disputes, if any, in relation to this Promotion shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and the decision shall be final and binding on all customers. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.
16. The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.
17. All other standard terms and conditions issued by UNIQLO shall be applicable.
