1. How can I participate in the sampling event?
UNIQLO Online E-commerce: Customers who purchase above ₹5000 including Women's Cotton Relax Ankle Pants or Women's linen cotton Tapered Pants or Men’s - Linen Blend Relax Pants or Stretch Easy Ankle Pants from our online store during the promotion period (Starting 28th March until stocks last) get a free Men's - AIRism Seamless Boxer Brief (474330) (09 Black color) or Women's- AIRism Seamless Shorts (473945) (09 Black color).
Note: In case of non-availability of the relevant size, UNIQLO shall not be obligated to send any sample with the order.
UNIQLO Offline STORES: Customers who purchase above ₹5000 & get UNIQLO APP scanned at the AIRism counter in store during the promotion period (Starting 28th March until stocks last) get a free Men's - AIRism Seamless Boxer Brief (474330) (09 Black color) or Women's- AIRism Seamless Shorts (473945) (09 Black color) until stock lasts.

2. What is the free sample item I get?
1. Men's - AIRism Seamless Boxer Brief (474330) (09 Black color)
or
2. Women's- AIRism Seamless Shorts (473945) (09 Black color)
3. Can I select the size of the sample item?
No, you can't select/change the size for the free sample item. Size of the free sample item will be sent based on the size ordered for W’s Cotton relax Ankle Pants or W's Linen cotton tapered pants & M’s Stretch Easy Ankle Pants or M's Linen blend relax pants.
Please refer to the below table to understand sizing.
Example: I ordered Men’s Stretch Easy Ankle Pants in size "M" during promotion period (28th March until stocks last) the Men’s novelty item AIRism Seamless Boxer Brief will be sent in the same size as "M" until stock lasts. In case Uniqlo is out of stock for "M" size there will be no replacement of the sizes or sample item hence the order will be dispatched without the sample item.
Note: In case your ordered size is XL, XXL, 3XL for Men’s Stretch Easy Ankle Pants the size of the sample item AIRism Seamless Boxer Brief) sent will be XL.
4. I can't see the free sample item in my order details/history for my online order?
If your order qualifies our promotion T&C's then the free sample item details will reflect on the tax invoice once the order is received.
Please note, free sample item details will not be visible on the add to cart or order checkout page.
The sample is non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. No substitution for cash alternative is offered.
6. Can I get 2 free samples if I place 3 orders during the promotion period?
No, only single free sample item will be given per order per customer.
