Terms and Conditions
1. This EC voucher (“Voucher”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India.
2. Customers who use this Voucher exclusively on UNIQLO e-commerce website i.e. (https://www.uniqlo.com/in/en/) or official UNIQLO app from 6th December, 2024 00:00 hours to 31th December, 2024 23:59 hours and shop for merchandise worth INR 4000/- or more in a single invoice will be eligible to get a discount of INR 300/-.
3. The customer shall only be eligible to use this Voucher once.
4. The Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-returnable, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, and no substitution for cash alternative is offered.
5. Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to use this Voucher.
6. Customers agree that personal data, if any, that may be shared, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of using the Voucher.
7. Customers also understand this data may be used by UNIQLO to verify a customer’s identity. Customers have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by UNIQLO in connection with this Voucher by contacting UNIQLO. All personal information that is collected from the customer is subject to UNIQLO’s Privacy Policy.
8. Each customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company, and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with the customer’s availing this Voucher.
9. UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend this Voucher at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
10. Disputes, if any, in relation to this Voucher shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and the decision shall be final and binding on all customers. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.
11. The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.
12. All other standard terms and conditions issued by UNIQLO shall be applicable.
