Terms and Conditions

1. This Arigato Lucky Draw Store offer (“Offer”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India at all retail stores.

2. All customers who make a purchase at any UNIQLO retail store shall get a chance to win one of the following items: 1) notebook; 2) fridge magnet; 3) mug; 4) key chain; 5) coaster; 6) tote bag; 7) round mini shoulder bag; or 8) UNIQLO EC voucher (“Gift”).

3. The Offer starts on 29th November 2024 and ends till the stock lasts (“Offer Period”).

4. There is no minimum purchase value required in order to avail the Offer.

5. The customer must share their invoice at the Gift counter set up at the store for verification on the same date when the purchase is made.

6. The customer shall only be eligible to get one Gift per invoice. Breaking up an invoice to get multiple Gifts is strictly prohibited.

7. The Gift is non-exchangeable, non-returnable, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, and no substitution for cash alternative is offered. Color and product type preference shall not be allowed.

8. There is no separate fee for participation.

9. In case the Customer wins UNIQLO EC voucher then a discount of INR 300/- can be availed in the next order by making a minimum purchase of INR 4,000/- exclusively on UNIQLO online website or official app, from 6th December, 2024 at 00.00 hours to 31st December, 2024 at 23.59 hours. The said voucher can be used only once.

10. Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

11. Each customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company, and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with the customer’s participation in the Offer.

12. UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Offer at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.

13. UNIQLO shall not be responsible or liable, under any circumstances, for any injury that may result from the consumption/use of the product offered as a Gift.

14. Disputes, if any, in relation to this Offer shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and the decision shall be final and binding on all customers. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.

15. The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.

16. All other standard terms and conditions issued by UNIQLO shall be applicable.
