Click and Collect Trial Campaign Terms & Condition

1.       This Click & Collect discount offer (“Offer”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India.

2.       All Customers who make a minimum purchase of INR 5000/- or above of UNIQLO products from UNIQLO official website (“https://www.uniqlo.com/in/en/”) or UNIQLO Official app between18th November 2024 to 9th December 2024 and opts for Click & Collect as delivery option, shall receive a discount voucher of INR 500/-.

3.       The voucher can be redeemed only once in a single order and can be redeemed exclusively on the UNIQLO official website (“https://www.uniqlo.com/in/en/”) or UNIQLO official app till 31st January 2025.

4.       The voucher must be applied by the customer at the time of check-out.

5.       The voucher shall be sent to the eligible customers on their registered email address and would also be added to their UNIQLO account.

6.       The voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

7.       Customers agree that personal data, if any, that may be shared, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Offer.

8.       Customers also understand this data may be used by UNIQLO to verify a customer’s identity. Customers have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by UNIQLO in connection with the Offer by contacting UNIQLO. All personal information that is collected from the customer is subject to UNIQLO’s Privacy Policy.

9.       Disputes, if any, in relation to this Offer shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and the decision of UNIQLO’s management in this regard shall be final and binding on all Customers. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.

10.   The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.

11.   Each Customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and / or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with such Customer’s participation in the Offer.

12.   UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Offer at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.

13.   All other standard terms and conditions of sale shall be applicable.
