Q. Order Cancellation & Modification
Order Cancellation is allowed within 30 minutes of placing the order.
However, order modification function (change size, color or shipping address) is UNAVAILABLE at the moment.

How to Cancel Order on Website
1. Login to your online account. Click the membership profile icon on the bottom.
2. Click the 【Order history】 and find the desired order and click 【CANCEL】
3. Order Status will be shown as 【Cancelled】 once successful.

For Click & Collect Orders
The order will expire after 14 days once the order is delivered to your chosen store and the same will be refunded within 5-7 business days post the order expiry date. - Note: Store or Customer service cannot cancel the order

1. Can I change the details of my online order (size/ colour)?
We are only able to cancel the whole online order within 30 minutes the order is confirmed.
You may consider returning for refund or exchange if chosen wrong item in your online order.

2. Can I request cancellation after 30 minutes or selected item(s) only?
We are sorry to share that we cannot cancel selected item(s) in your online order or cancellation after 30 minutes as our team will process the delivery shipment arrangement.
You may consider returning for refund or exchange if chosen wrong item in your online order.

3. I'd like to change/ update my shipping address for Home Delivery online order.
You may cancel the online order within 30 mins after the order confirmed and place a new online order with correct details.
4. I had cancelled my online order but not receiving the refund yet.
Once the online order cancelled successfully, the payment transaction will be cancelled immediately.
Post successful order cancellation, you will be notified by UNIQLO on your registered email address.
However, your payment credit / debit card issuing bank may require 5-7 business days to reflect the said amount in your account.
