Q. Bulk Purchase

 Bulk Purchase is made by a company/institution in large quantities for certain purposes
- You can make bulk purchases on the UNIQLO website/app here
- There is a 10% discount with a minimum purchase of INR 1,00,000/- or more, with a minimum quantity of above 50 pieces, placed on UNIQLO’s online platform as a single order.**This service is only available for online store and not for offline (physical) store.

How It Works & Estimated Timeline:
Step1: Submit the bulk purchase form here
Step2: UNIQLO confirm the required quantity availability, share customer registration form & contact customer on email/phone (1-2 business days)
Step3: Customer to confirm the order, share the documents, completely fill the registration form & respond on the same email to Uniqlo Team (1-2 business days)** this process is only required for GST invoice case
Step4: UNIQLO share the quotation & payment details on email with the customer (1-3 business days)
Step5: Customer to confirm & respond on the above (step4) received email with complete advancement payment details & proof of bank transfer done towards Uniqlo (1-2 business days)
Step6: UNIQLO prepare delivery arrangement (2-3 business days if the stock is available at our warehouse & 7-14 business days if stock is unavailable or if any limited offer)
Step7: Customer receive order no. (03XXXXX) confirmation & delivery timeline details (once order is dispatched) on the email
Step8: The order delivery timeline will vary from location to location.

Terms and Conditions:

1.     By requesting Goods from Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) you agree to be abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2.     The Bulk Procurement process is for team outfit, uniform and gifting purposes etc. and does not support resale in any form.

3.     Customer to ensure that all the information and documents provided for bulk order are correct and authentic to avoid order cancellation due to discrepancies.

4.     Customers needing GST invoice may have to submit additional documents as requested by UNIQLO to process the bulk order.

5.     A bulk order is defined as a single order of INR 1,00,000/- or more, with a minimum quantity of above 50 pieces, placed on UNIQLO’s online platform.

6.     Customers must completely fill the bulk order placement form available on the UNIQLO INDIA official website.

7.     Bulk order can be placed by any person residing in India for delivery within the territory of India.

8.     Filling of bulk order form does not guarantee a confirmed order; UNIQLO’s team will contact you promptly to discuss further.

9.     UNIQLO will notify the customer within a specified timeframe of 2 working days regarding order acceptance or rejection.

10.  Upon receiving the order, UNIQLO will verify stock availability.

11.  If the ordered stock is available for a bulk order, UNIQLO will confirm acceptance and provide an estimated delivery timeline.

12.  UNIQLO shall share the estimate of order invoice value to the customer within a reasonable time. However, final invoice value will be shared before the dispatch of order and the customer must make the advance payment of the final invoice value within a specified timeframe as advised by UNIQLO in this regard.

13.   A fixed discount of 10% will be offered on the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), except on the already discounted products categorized under Sale and no extra discount shall be applicable over and above the already discounted price.

For products, categorized under limited time offer, a fixed discount of 10% shall be offered on the maximum retail price (“MRP”) regardless of whether any higher or lower rate of discount is provided under the limited time offer.

14.  Bulk order customers are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

15.  The customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order once the payment has been made by the customer.

16.  Gift wrapping service and alteration service is not available for bulk orders.

17.  There will be no shipping fee for the delivery of products.

18.  UNIQLO shall not be liable in any way for loss, damage, costs or expenses (including loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in performing any obligation under this contract by reason of any event or circumstance outside the reasonable control of UNIQLO. You expressly understand and agree that UNIQLO and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if UNIQLO India has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from use of the site, sale and supply of goods content or any related services.

19.  All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts located at New Delhi.

1. Q : How do I make a bulk purchase?  
A : You can make bulk purchases on the UNIQLO website/app here

2. Q : When will be my Bulk Purchase confirmed?
A : UNIQLO will only confirm any bulk purchase once the complete payment has been received & confirmed.

3. Q : What are payment conditions for the bulk purchase?
A : Only complete advance payment is accepted for bulk purchase . No order cancelation is possible once the payment is done.

4. Q : How do I know whether the product I ordered is available or not?  
A : After the stock availability is checked, you will receive an email containing the attachment of the available stock in the form of a PDF document.

5. Q: Do you provide embroidery/printing service or any customization for bulk purchase?
A : Currently we do not offer any embroidery/printing or customization for the bulk purchase.

6. Q: Can I request for return/exchange for an item/s purchased under bulk?  
A: No return/exchange is not allowed for bulk purchase. please be sure of the sizes & color before confirming the order.

7. Q : Is there a special price for bulk purchases?  
A : You will get a 10% discount with terms and conditions that apply. Please contact our Customer Support

8. Q : Can I get a tax invoice & get my GSTIN number added ?  
A : Yes, you can request a tax invoice & get your GSTIN number added for the bulk purchases, provided the bill to and delivery address should be in same state and should match with the address on your GST certificate.

9. Q: How can I pay for my Bulk Purchase order?  
A: You can make payments via bank transfer, we will send the payment details via email

10. Q: If I choose to pay by bank transfer, can I pick up the products on the same day?  
A: We do not have the option for the pickup. In bulk orders items will be delivered to the shipping address.

11. Q: Can I reserve the stock for my bulk purchase?
A: Unfortunately we do not reserve stock until complete advance payment received & confirmed by Uniqlo

12. Q: Can I re-sell the items by bulk purchasing
A: Re-selling of items is not allowed.

13. Q: Can I select Click & Collect for the bulk purchase ?
A: No Click & Collect service is not available for bulk purchase.

14. Q: Can I request for item length alteration/ gift wrapping service?
A: Unfortunately, current we do not offer this service.

15. Q: Can I change the delivery/shipping location or address?
A: Once your order is confirmed and the payment is received the delivery/shipping address will not be changed/modified.

16. Q: Mobile number required for bulk purchase?
A: Yes, we shall require a mobile number for the delivery of the bulk purchase.
