Terms and Conditions for Bulk Order
1. By requesting Goods from Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) you agree to be abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Bulk Procurement process is for team outfit, uniform and gifting purposes etc. and does not support resale in any form.
3. Customer to ensure that all the information and documents provided for bulk order are correct and authentic to avoid order cancellation due to discrepancies.
4. Customers needing GST invoice may have to submit additional documents as requested by UNIQLO to process the bulk order.
5. A bulk order is defined as a single order of INR 1,00,000/- or more, with a minimum quantity of above 50 pieces, placed on UNIQLO’s online platform.
6. Customers must completely fill the bulk order placement form available on the UNIQLO INDIA official website.
7. Bulk order can be placed by any person residing in India for delivery within the territory of India.
8. Filling of bulk order form does not guarantee a confirmed order; UNIQLO’s team will contact you promptly to discuss further.
9. UNIQLO will notify the customer within a specified timeframe of 2 working days regarding order acceptance or rejection.
10. Upon receiving the order, UNIQLO will verify stock availability.
11. If the ordered stock is available for a bulk order, UNIQLO will confirm acceptance and provide an estimated delivery timeline.
12. UNIQLO shall share the estimate of order invoice value to the customer within a reasonable time. However, final invoice value will be shared before the dispatch of order and the customer must make the advance payment of the final invoice value within a specified timeframe as advised by UNIQLO in this regard.
13. A fixed discount of 10% will be offered on the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), except on the already discounted products categorized under Sale and no extra discount shall be applicable over and above the already discounted price. For products, categorized under limited time offer, a fixed discount of 10% shall be offered on the maximum retail price (“MRP”) regardless of whether any higher or lower rate of discount is provided under the limited time offer.
14. Bulk order customers are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
15. The customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order once the payment has been made by the customer.
16. Gift wrapping service and alteration service is not available for bulk orders.
17. There will be no shipping fee for the delivery of products.
18. UNIQLO shall not be liable in any way for loss, damage, costs or expenses (including loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in performing any obligation under this contract by reason of any event or circumstance outside the reasonable control of UNIQLO. You expressly understand and agree that UNIQLO and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if UNIQLO India has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from use of the site, sale and supply of goods content or any related services.
19. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts located at New Delhi.

19. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts located at New Delhi.
