Q. How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting the below:
1. "Order History" page in your Uniqlo membership account click on the Tracking no. showing on your App to track your order live.
2. Your registered mobile number will be notified via WhatsApp to track live status of your order. (The link will show an estimated date or arrival of your order)

Don't have Uniqlo App need not worry once your online order is shipped you will receive an automated email from our system with the live order tracking link

For Click & Collect online order will be delivered to our store from our warehouse.
Once the parcel is ready for collection, you will receive the email for pickup and the order status in [ORDER HISTORY] will update as [Ready for pickup].
