Q. Can I exchange an item purchased from your Offline store?
Yes, the items can be exchanged any our Uniqlo India store within 30 days from the date of purchase provided they are unused/unwashed, and in the original selling condition, along with original bill & tags.
Note: Customers shall not be entitled for exchange or refund of the following products:
• Innerwear/Heattech
• Swimwear
• Socks
• Mask
• Loungewear
• Baby wear
• Accessories
• Any other packaged/bundled product
• Customer requested altered products.
• Products without the original price tags.
• Purchases made abroad.
• Purchase made through/by redeeming any gift vouchers/ cards/coupons.
