Terms & Conditions - Weekly Review Voucher Campaign

1. This Weekly Review Voucher Campaign (“Campaign”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India.

2. The Campaign starts from 11th May 2026 and shall continue until withdrawn by UNIQLO, at its sole discretion.

3. Customers who shop at UNIQLO stores, website or the app and post genuine product review(s) on the UNIQLO website or app will be eligible to participate in the Campaign. UNIQLO, at its sole discretion based on the quality and usefulness of the review will select 100 (hundred) customers each week who will receive UNIQLO voucher worth INR 300/- (“Voucher”) under the Campaign. The customer is entitled to receive Voucher only once a year only.

4. The Voucher shall be directly credited to the selected member’s UNIQLO account. However, selected members will be informed through an app notification only. Therefore, customers are advised to install UNIQLO India app. No physical vouchers shall be issued under this Campaign.

5. The Voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of issuance and Customers can use this Voucher on official UNIQLO India app, UNIQLO e-commerce website i.e. (https://www.uniqlo.com/in/en/) or in physical stores. Customers need to make a purchase of INR 4000/- or more in a single invoice to redeem the Voucher. The customer shall be eligible to use the Voucher only once. One voucher can be redeemed against one invoice.

6. UNIQLO shall select the customers at its sole discretion and the customers agree that the decision of UNIQLO shall be final and binding. Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee selection or receipt of a Voucher. Selection is entirely discretionary.

7. There is no fee for the participation.

8. The Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot be duplicated, is not for sale, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, cannot be clubbed with any other vouchers and no substitution for cash alternative is offered.

9. Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

10.Disputes, if any, in relation to this Campaign shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and the decision of UNIQLO’s management in this regard shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.

11.The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.

12.Customers agree that personal data provided to or collected by UNIQLO including name, mailing address, telephone number and email address may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Campaign.

13.Customers also understand this data may be used by UNIQLO to verify a customer’s identity. Customers have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by UNIQLO in connection with the Campaign by contacting UNIQLO. If a customer does not provide the data required at the time of being selected for the Campaign, that customer’s entry will be ineligible. Otherwise, all personal information that is collected from the customer is subject to UNIQLO’s Privacy Policy.

14.By providing review(s), customers agree and consent to UNIQLO and its affiliates and/or subsidiaries collecting, storing, processing, using, & retaining their review/name and/or likeness to name during and after completion of the Campaign in promotional and advertising material of UNIQLO (or its agents), as participants of the Campaign without additional compensation, as permitted under applicable laws.

15.Each customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and / or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with participation in the Campaign.

16.UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Campaign at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
