Our UNIQLO website and APP will be temporarily unavailable on 2 February 2026 due to system updates.
During this period, online purchases cannot be completed.
We will announce the expected reopening date soon.
For existing orders placed before 2 February 2026:
- You can still check Order Status via e-mail
- Returns will continue to be accepted as usual
How To Return an Online Order? (Orders placed on or before February 2, 2026)
Due to scheduled maintenance, Click & Collect will be unavailable starting from 14 January 2026.
You can still shop online using Home Delivery (Ship to Address).

We are excited to introduce an upgraded UNIQLO India website and APP launching in February 2026. This update brings improved performance and new services designed to make your LifeWear shopping experience even better.

In the meantime, please see below changes that will happen once the site becomes available on 3 February 2026:
Password Reset Required
When accessing your account, after our new website launches, you will be required to reset your password as we make improvements to our system.
You may keep the existing password or choose a new, stronger password.
Wishlist
Please note that all products saved in your wishlist may reset and need to be added into your wishlist again after our new website launches.
Vouchers
Your voucher will still be saved and can be used once the site is updated. You can check the voucher on the membership page on the [Vouchers] page.
Changes to Return Process
The return process will be updated after the website upgrade.
Please make sure to follow the correct return procedure based on your purchase date.

We regret to inform you that due to the system migration and upgrade we will not be able to process refunds for your online orders from 30th Jan to 3rd Feb 2026. Please expect a delay in receiving your refund. Once the refund is processed your registered email id will be notified by Uniqlo India & our payment gateway.

1. Q: It says that "This does not match our records" although I already had an account.
A: Since we have updated our system, you are required to reset the password. Therefore, please click on "Forgot Password" to reset the password. Click here for further details.

2. Q: I worry about my online order that I placed on or before 2 February 2026.
A: We hope you do not need to worry because your online order will still be processed. What you can do:
- Check your email to know the status of the online order. When your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email & registered mobile number via WhatsApp. Click here to see the details of home delivery information
- To see the details of the delivery status, you can click the tracking number that is stated on the email of the delivery confirmation. It will direct you to the Shiprocket website, then you will see the details of the tracking.

3. Q: I entered my email address that has been registered previously but I still cannot log in nor verify the password.
A: Please create a new account with the email address. You can click here to see account registration steps. This might be due to the email domain is not detected on the new update, but you do not need to worry because you can register again with the same email. However, the purchase and order history cannot be restored to the new account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

4. Q: Will my points be removed after the update?
A: UNIQLO has no point system. However, for the order history listed on previous version, those will still be stored and checked on your account.

5. Q: How can I find my order history?
A: “Order History” for online order list has changed to [Purchase history] -> [Online Purchase]. Click here for further information.

6. Q: I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my password?
A: You can reset the password by clicking “Forgot password” on the Login page. Click here for further details.

7: Q: I still have voucher in my APP and it almost expired. Can I use the voucher in the store directly?
A: During the closure voucher cannot be used. You can use the voucher once the website or APP is opened. For your information, the usage of vouchers will be different. Click here for further details.

8. Q: Can I do return during Site/APP closing time?
A: Yes, you can do the return as usual during the closing time. To know more please click here

9. Can I still pick up the Click & Collect from my selected store?
A: Yes, you can.
