How To Return an Online Order? (Orders placed on or before February 2, 2026)

Please review the [Return & Exchange Conditions] before proceeding with each procedures.

If your online order was placed on or before 2/2/2026, please submit a return request through the Return Form.
Please note that the items are in their original condition, have all tags intact, and the request is made within 30 days from the date of placing the order. 

 

Information Required for the Return Form 

Please prepare the following details before filling out the form: 
  • Order Number (complete 27 digits, sample as below)
  • Customer Name (first name & last name used while placing the order)
  • Customer's registered email address with Uniqlo India (used while placing the order)
  • Complete return pickup address along with 6 digits pin code is must
  • Total return item quantity
  • Mobile number (10 digits) *without country code +91/0
 (No landline number to be added as OTP will be sent to registered mobile number for the return pickup)

After You Submit the Form

If all required information is provided correctly: 
  • Your return pickup will be scheduled within 1–4 business days
  • A refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned items reach our warehouse and successfully pass the quality check.
  • Both UNIQLO and the payment gateway will send updates to your registered email address. 
 
Important Notes
 
  • Returns can be initiated only via the above form and only for purchases made on or before 2/2/2026
  • Items that are damaged, stained, used, missing original tags, not part of the same order number, or items from other brands will be sent back to your shipping address, and no refund will be issued
