New App Download Voucher
Customers who register & hold a membership with UNIQLO India will receive a New App Download Voucher.
- Discount: 300 INR off purchases of 4000 INR or more
- Applicable Stores: UNIQLO online store & offline physical store
- Validity Period: Until the end of the month following the month of issue

Welcome Voucher (Online Only)
App Welcome VoucherCustomers who download & register on UNIQLO India app for the first time will receive a Welcome Voucher (Online Only)
- Discount: 300 INR off purchases of 4000 INR or more
- Applicable Stores: UNIQLO online store
- Validity Period: 31 days from the date of issue (including the day of issue) Example: If registered on 1 November, valid until 1 December

Birthday Voucher
Customers registered on UNIQLO India web/app will receive a voucher as a birthday gift.
As pert of the member registration process, customers must enter their date of birth. Please note that the date of birth cannot be edited/added after the account has been created. Your birthday voucher is sent at the beginning of the month of your birthday.- Discount: 300 INR off purchases of 4000 INR or more
- Applicable Stores: UNIQLO online store (not applicable for offline store)
- Issue Date:
If registered by the end of the month prior to your birthday month: issued on the 1st of your birthday month
If registered during your birthday month: issued on the registration date (same-day issuance) - Validity Period: Until the end of your birthday month

How to Use VouchersPlease be aware that you will only be able to redeem your voucher in-store if you have linked your UNIQLO.com/in account and your UNIQLO app accounts.
Acquired coupons will appear in the “Vouchers” section of your membership page.

For in-store purchasesSelf-Checkout:
Scan your membership card at the register and select the voucher you wish to use on the payment screen.
Staff-Assisted Checkout:
Scan your membership card and inform the staff of the voucher you wish to use.
Note: Please check each voucher for details on whether it can be combined with others.
For online ordersApply the voucher in your cart before placing your order. Voucher will NOT be automatically applied.

1. Click on "Voucher" on the Shopping cart screen or purchase procedure screen.
2. Select the desired voucher and click "Apply" (you are not required to enter a code into the13-digit code field)
3. Only Vouchers that meet the purchase requirements can be applied. To view voucher purchase requirements, please access the voucher page and click "Details."
Note:- Only one voucher can be used per order. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined.
- If you have multiple accounts, please log in using the same email address registered with the app.
How to Check Available Vouchers and ConditionsYou can check available vouchers and their conditions from the “Vouchers” section of your membership page.
If you cannot access the voucher page, follow these steps:-
App / Online Store
1. Tap the [person icon] at the bottom right or top right
2. Tap “Vouchers”
3. Tap the displayed voucher
Important Notes- Vouchers have an expiry date. Please check the relevant voucher for details.
- Vouchers are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to third parties, whether for free or for payment.
- Vouchers cannot be used for gift card purchases, alteration fees, or gift wrapping, etc.
Example: If you have a voucher for 300 INR off purchases of 4000 INR or more, it applies only when the total product amount in one transaction is 4000 INR or more (excluding alteration fees, and gift wrapping charges). - Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers transferred from others cannot be used.
- Vouchers cannot be refunded.
- If you cancel your order within 30 minutes, the voucher will be reissued. However, if the product is returned to the warehouse due to missed collection deadlines or other customer-related reasons, the voucher will not be reissued.

1. Q: I registered via website. Although it’s my first time registering for a UNIQLO account, why don’t I get the Welcome Voucher?
A. To get the voucher, complete the registration & log in using the account details you have created on the website. If this is your first time registering, you will automatically get the EC Welcome Voucher.

2. Q: I mistakenly clicked on “REDEEM”, can I still use my Voucher?
A. No, once the “REDEEM” button has been clicked (by accident or not), the voucher will be invalid and cannot be used.

A. No, because vouchers can only be used once.

4. Q: Can I combine two vouchers in a single purchase?
A. No, each voucher must be used separately.

A. You can only use one voucher for each transaction. Kindly refer to the T&C for the voucher showing under the voucher in your membership.
