Terms & Conditions
1. The Novelty Campaign (“Campaign”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India.
2. Purchase any UNIQLO product(s) of any value and scan the official UNIQLO app at the time of billing during the Campaign Period (as defined below) at any UNIQLO official store to win a free Coffee Mug (“Gift”).
3. The Campaign will commence on 22nd August 2025 and conclude on 24th August 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
4. The Campaign is valid only till stocks last, during the Campaign Period.
5. The Customer shall only be eligible to get one Gift during each day of the Campaign. Breaking up an invoice to get multiple Gifts within the same day is strictly prohibited.
6. The Customer must share their invoice at either the Cash Wrap or the redemption counter set up at the store where the purchase was made, for verification on the same date.
7. Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
8. The Gift is non-exchangeable, non-returnable, non-transferable, is not for sale, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers and no substitution for a cash alternative is offered.
9. UNIQLO may consider providing the Gift of the desired color, type, and size. However, in case of non-availability of the same, UNIQLO reserves the right to provide any color, type, and size, as per availability.
10. Participants agree that any personal data shared, including but not limited to: name, mailing address, telephone number and email address may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Campaign.
11. Participants have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held in connection with the Campaign by contacting UNIQLO. Otherwise, all personal information that is collected from the Participant is subject to UNIQLO’s Privacy Policy.
12. The Participants agree and understand that UNIQLO may use their name, image, likeness in promotional material and by participating in the Campaign consent to the same.
13. Disputes, if any, in relation to this Campaign shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and the decision of UNIQLO’s management in this regard shall be final and binding on all Participant. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.
14. The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.
15. Each Participant hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and / or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with such Participant’s participation in the Campaign.
UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Campaign at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation
