Terms & Condition Novelty Bag

Terms & Conditions 

1. This LifeWear Novelty Bag offer (“Offer”) is promoted and conducted by UNIQLO India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India.  

2. UNIQLO will distribute a LifeWear Novelty Bag (made from 100% recycled polyester) (“Novelty Bag”) at the UNIQLO store located exclusively at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj (“Store”) on making any purchase during the offer period i.e. 28 August 2026 – 31 August 2026 (“Offer Period”). The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and only while stocks last.  

3. The Novelty Bag has to be taken exclusively at the Store on the same date i.e. the date of purchase within the Offer Period. 

4. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion.  

5. Each customer shall be entitled to receive only one (1) Novelty Bag during the Offer Period, regardless of the number of purchases made. 

6. The Novelty Bag is non-exchangeable, non-returnable and no cash alternative, refund or substitution shall be offered. If a Customer returns the product purchased under the Offer in accordance with UNIQLO's applicable return policy, the Customer must also return the Novelty Bag in an unused condition. Size, colour, design and any other preference for the Novelty Bag shall not be permitted.  

7. UNIQLO does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the Novelty Bag, except as required under applicable law.  

8. Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to participate in the Offer. 

9. UNIQLO reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be abusing, manipulating or acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the intended operation of the Offer. 

10. Disputes, if any, in relation to this Offer shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and the decision of UNIQLO’s management in this regard shall be final and binding on all Customers. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.  

11. The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions. 

12. Each Customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with such Customer’s participation in the Offer. 

13. UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Offer at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation. 

14. All other standard terms and conditions of the sale shall be applicable on the Customer.
