Q. Will my refund be affected if I used a voucher for my purchase

Product purchased with a voucher may be refunded. The amount to be refunded will be the price of the item less the voucher price.
However, If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount after ‘deducting the voucher value
