Q. Didn't receive order confirmation but the amount is debited from my account

If your order history shows the above screen. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Please do not worry within 30 minutes either you will receive an order confirmation email from Uniqlo India or payment will be failed & the amount will be automatically reversed in your source account by the payment gateway PAYU within 24 hours of the transaction. 

Incase of refund the amount will reflect in your source account within 3-7 business days as per the bank's timeline.

If there is no order confirmation email & the amount is still not reversed after 7 business days please contact our customer service team here
