Q. Didn't receive order confirmation but the amount is debited from my account

Regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please do not worry either you will receive an order confirmation email or the amount will be automatically reversed in your source account by the payment gateway PAYU within 24 hours of the transaction. 
Incase of refund the amount will reflect in your source account within 3-7 business days as per the bank's timeline.

If there is no order confirmation email & amount is still not reversed after 7 business days please contact our customer service team here
