Ship to Address
Standard Delivery is FREE for Order subtotal of INR 2,999 or more (before taxes, shipping, and after vouchers are applied). If the item value before voucher is less than INR 2,999, a shipping fee of INR 250 applies.

  • You will also receive a live tracking link via WhatsApp and e-mail on your registered contact details.
  • Please note that UNIQLO India does not offer express delivery.
  • Potential delays may occur due to weather, peak shopping seasons, or if the delivery address is in a non-serviceable area.
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable, even in the case of returns.

Pick-up in UNIQLO Store (Click & Collect)

  • Store will hold your order for 14 calendar days before returning it to warehouse.
  • Bring delivery confirmation email to collect your parcel.
  • If you are unable to collect your order within 14 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 7-14 working days.

  • Q. Do you deliver to my address? Or do you deliver overseas?

    A. UNIQLO currently delivers to most India postal areas. However, we do not deliver to: 

    • PO Boxes
    • Freight forwarding addresses
    • International addresses (outside of India)
  • Q. Can I send one order to multiple addresses?

    A. No, each order can only be delivered to one address. To send items to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

  • Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

    A. No, UNIQLO does not deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

  • Q. Can I choose the courier for my delivery?

    A. Currently, UNIQLO India partners with Delhivery for all deliveries. It is not possible to select a different courier for your order.

  • Q. Do I have to pay shipping fee if I use a voucher in my order?

    A. If the total item value before applying the voucher is INR2,999 or more, your order qualifies for free shipping, and no shipping fee will be charged. However, if the total item value before applying the voucher is less than INR2,999, the a shipping fee of INR250 will apply.
