What if I lost my receipt / invoice

If you have lost the physical copy of your invoice for the online purchase, please check your registered email id for the soft copy of the invoice, please contact our customer service team here

For the store purchase receipt, we are sorry to share that we are unable to reprint the purchase receipt once lost. But if the App was scanned at the time of purchase you can check your purchase history.
