1) Novelty is only available in single color.
2) Novelty is not allowed to be exchanged.
3) Limited to one (1x) novelty per order/ purchase receipt. Only until stocks last.
4) The novelty must be returned (original & good condition) to be eligible for return & refund with your purchase/order.
* For online purchases, the novelty will not show during your checkout page, but it will only be shown in your physical invoice that will be included in the order (while stock last).
* Minimum spend refers to the final amount after the use of any UNIQLO vouchers.
* The alteration fees & gift service fees shall be excluded from the novelty entitlement minimum spend calculation.

How to Participate:
1) In-Store: Customers who complete a purchase at UNIQLO India Store may participate by visiting the novelty counter and scanning a QR code displayed on ANA POP.
a) Post shopping customers will go to novelty counter or scan any QR code in the store on ANA POP, where there will be an easel with participation QR code.
b) Novelty counter staff will tell customers to scan & complete the form to participate.
2) Online: Customers shopping between 28 November, 2025 to 4 December, 2025 will receive app notifications with a participation link on 1, 5, 10, and 12 December 2025.
a) Customers have to submit the complete details in the form to qualify for the lucky draw by 15th December 2025 11:59pm.
b) UNIQLO will announce the winners on 18th December 2025.

Q. I have already placed an order over 10,000 INR, why do I not see the novelty in the Order Details?
A. The novelty would not be shown in Order details and it will be shipped together with your order.

A. We are sorry that the novelty is only available while stock lasts. It is possible that it is already out of stock when you place your order.
Q. If I purchase through the online store with the UNIQLO store pickup option, will I be eligible for the novelty too?
A. Yes, your store pickup order would also be eligible for the novelty (while stock lasts).
Q. Can I use a voucher and still receive the Novelty Utility Bag?
A. You will be eligible for the novelty if the amount before the voucher discount, alteration fee and gift service is at least 10,000 INR.
