How to Create Return
Step 1: Please Login into your account on app/website
Step 2: Go to your Order history
Step 3: Select the order against which you want to return the items
Step 4: Select the Items that you want to return and create return
Step 5: Courier person will pick up the items in 1-3 business days.

Exchange Option for Online purchase: Currently Exchange is not available for Online purchase; you can only return the items through website/App (Not at store) and we will refund as per the return policy.
When will I recieve my refund of Returned items - Please refer to our detailed process of return & refund.
Step 1: Return request accepted on our website
Step 2: Return Pick-up to be done from your location within 2-4 business days
Step 3: The return order reaches our warehouse within 5-7 business days depending upon your location
Step 4: Once the return order reached our warehouse quality check is processed within 24-48 hours
Step 5: Post the quality check passed the refund is issued to the original payment method
Step 6: the processed refund will reflect in your account within 7-14 business day depending upon your bank
If Your amount has been DEDUCTED and No order confirmation/Not able to see the order in your order history page–
• Don't worry in such cases it gets refunded back to you
• Please wait for 1-4 Business days for the amount to show back in your account/card
• For UPI PAYMENT - amount will get refunded back to your account linked with UPI ( It will not show in your UPI APP)
• If your issue still remains after 4 business days-Please contact our customer service team
