When do I receive my refund?

Online Purchase
The refund timeline is 3-7 business days once your order reaches & passes the quality check at our warehouse.
UNIQLO India will notify your registered email id once the refund is processed. Also, our payment gateway will notify your email id with subject line "Refund Success" from the date of receiving this email the amount shall reflect in your source account within 2-3 working days.
Note: Our courier partner will pick up the product from your place within 1-3 business days of raising your return request and shall process the refund on completion of successful quality check item(s) The items should be returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached.
Store Purchase
The refund timeline is 7-14 business days in the original mode of payment once your return is processed at the store depending upon your bank's timeline.
Note: In case post 30 days the refund is still not reflecting in your bank account we would request you to please connect with your bank's customer care.
Online Purchase Refund Amount
Refund is based on the amount originally paid for the Item.
Your refund amount will have the following deductions:
50 INR return shipping fee will be deducted from your return item value.
Voucher value is non-refundable (if redeemed in your order)
250 INR shipping fee is non-refundable (if order value was 2,999 INR or below)
Alteration Fee & gift wrapping is non-refundable (if used in your purchase)
