- Visit any UNIQLO India physical store.
- Bring along: original invoice or purchase receipt, and the product(s) in original packaging with price tags and labels. [Check: Return & Exchange Conditions]
- Queue at the cashier counter and request for a product exchange.

Important Notes
- You can exchange for any product of the same or higher price value. For higher-value items, you will need to top up/pay the price difference.
- For exchange into a lower-value product, please consider a return and refund instead.
- After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund.
- Exchange is subject to the availability of colours and sizes at the physical store.
Return
Returns are only accepted at the store where the purchase was made (payment store).Please review [Return & Exchange Conditions], prepare the required items, and queue at the cashier counter for your turn to be served by our store associate.
- Items should be intact with the original tags
- Items should not fall under non-returnable list
Refund
Generally, refund method will be based on your original payment method.- For QR Scan payment will be refunded as cash.
- UNIQLO Vouchers are non-refundable.

Q. What is the return & exchange validity period?
A. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase in-store. Example: If you received the parcel on May 1, we can process it until May 30.

Q. Do you accept return or exchange without the original receipt/price tag/item label?
A. No. As per our Return & Exchange Policy, the UNIQLO receipt (invoice), price tag, and item label must be presented in original condition for all refunds and exchanges.

Q. Can I exchange at a different store from the original store?
A. Yes, you can exchange your purchase at any UNIQLO store in India.

Q. Can I exchange online-exclusive products (extra sizes, collaborations, etc.) at the store?
A. No, it cannot be returned or exchanged at an offline store.

Q. Which items are not allowed for return or exchange?
