Terms & Conditions
1.This Arigato offer (“Offer”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India.
2.The Offer will commence on 30 June 2025 and ends until stock last (“Offer Period”).
3.UNIQLO will distribute towel set (2 pcs.) in each box/packet (“Gift”) to the Customers who purchase the UNIQLO products worth INR 8000/- (inclusive of taxes) or more in a single invoice from UNIQLO official store(s), e-commerce website i.e. (https://www.uniqlo.com/in/en/) or official UNIQLO app within the Offer Period.
4.The Customer must share their invoice at either the Cash Wrap or the redemption counter set up at the store where the purchase is made for verification on the same date in order to get the Gift, and for online orders the Gift would be provided in their order package itself.
5.This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion.
6.The customer shall only be eligible to get one Gift during the Offer Period. Breaking up an invoice to get multiple Gifts is strictly prohibited.
7.In case the Customer decides to return any of the purchased product then the customer shall be obligated to return the Gift.
8.The Gift received under the Offer is non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and no substitution for a cash alternative will be offered.
9.Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company's group companies, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
10.Disputes, if any, in relation to this Offer shall be decided by UNIQLO's management, and the decision of UNIQLO's management in this regard shall be final and binding on all Customers. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by UNIQLO.
11.The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising under these terms and conditions.
12.Each Customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold UNIQLO, its directors, employees, its affiliates, its parent company and the parent company's group companies, and subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with such Customer's participation in the Offer.
13.UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Offer at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
14.All other standard terms and conditions shall be applicable on the Customer.
