T & C for bulk purchase of UNIQLO Gift Cards

1. Bulk order eligibility and minimum quantity

Bulk gift card purchases are subject to acceptance and approval by UNIQLO India. The minimum order quantity is 100 gift cards.

2. Single denomination per order

The gift cards are available in denominations of INR 1000, INR 2000, INR 3000 and INR 5000. Each bulk order may contain gift cards of one denomination only. Multiple denominations in a single bulk order will not be accepted.

3. No customization

Gift cards purchased under a bulk order are standard UNIQLO India gift cards. No customization, including design changes, logo placement, personalized messaging, special packaging, or co-branding, will be provided.

4. Payment before issuance / activation

Gift cards will be processed, dispatched, and/or activated only after full payment has been received and confirmed by UNIQLO India. UNIQLO India is not responsible for any delay resulting from delayed, incomplete, or unconfirmed payment.

5. No cancellation, return, refund, or exchange after processing

Once a bulk order for gift cards has been accepted or processed, such bulk order cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.

6. No B2B GST invoice

No B2B GST invoice will be issued for bulk gift card purchases. The purchaser acknowledges that the transaction will be processed in accordance with UNIQLO India’s applicable invoicing process for gift card sales.

7. Delivery risk and missing cards

UNIQLO India may provide replacement gift cards only for gift cards confirmed by UNIQLO India to be missing in transit before delivery to the purchaser or designated recipient. Any claim for missing, damaged, or incorrect gift cards must be notified to UNIQLO India in writing within 24 hours of delivery, together with relevant supporting details. UNIQLO India’s verification records will be final for determining whether replacement is applicable.

8. Delivery details and customer responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for providing complete and accurate order, payment, recipient, and delivery details. UNIQLO India will not be responsible for delay, failed delivery, or loss arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the purchaser.

9. Activation timing

Gift cards may be activated with 3-5 business days after delivery has been confirmed in accordance with UNIQLO India’s internal process. UNIQLO India will not be liable for any attempted use of gift cards before activation.

10. Restrictions on resale, promotion, and unlawful use

Gift cards purchased through a bulk order are for the purchaser’s internal distribution, employee/customer incentive, or other approved purpose only. They may not be resold, exchanged for cash, used for unlawful purposes, or used in any promotional, marketing, or commercial campaign without UNIQLO India’s prior written approval.

11. No association or endorsement

Purchase of bulk gift cards does not create any partnership, sponsorship, agency, endorsement, or promotional association with UNIQLO India. The purchaser must not use UNIQLO India’s name, logo, trademarks, or brand assets without prior written approval.

12. Stock availability and order timelines

Bulk orders are subject to stock availability and operational timelines. Any delivery or processing timeline communicated by UNIQLO India is indicative only unless expressly confirmed in writing.

13. Verification and fraud controls

UNIQLO India reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any bulk order where payment, customer details, order purpose, or transaction circumstances cannot be verified to UNIQLO India’s satisfaction, or where fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.

14. Applicability of standard gift card terms

These bulk order terms are in addition to the standard UNIQLO India gift card terms and conditions. In case of inconsistency, these bulk order terms will apply to the extent relevant to the bulk purchase process, while the standard gift card terms will continue to apply to use and redemption of the gift cards.

15. Dispute resolution & jurisdiction

All disputes under these terms and conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts located at New Delhi.
