How to Reset Your Password

NOTICE – Why can’t I log into my UNIQLO account? 

Due to the new website update on 2nd February, 2026, we require ALL customers to reset their passwords before logging in to our upgraded website. 
You may choose to reuse your existing password or create a new, stronger password.

Setting Your Password

When creating a password, please follow these requirements: 
  • Use a combination of letters and numbers
  • Password length: 8–20 characters
  • Password cannot consist of only letters or only numbers
  • You may optionally use the following symbols: ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ \ { } | ~` 

To keep your account safe: 

  • Do not reuse passwords from other services
  • Avoid passwords that are easy to guess
  • Do not use your current password again
Resetting Your Password

*For security reasons, our Customer Service Team cannot confirm your password. Please reset it yourself using the steps below.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps: 

Steps to Reset Your Password
1. Go to the [Account Log-in Page]
2. Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link
3. Enter the e-mail address associated with your UNIQLO India account
4. Check your e-mail for a message containing a link to reset your password

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that the e-mail address is typed exactly as it was when you first registered
  • The password reset link expires two hours after the e-mail is sent.

  • Q. What should I do if it says ‘The information does not match the records provided’?

    A. If you receive this message, it means your account has been cancelled because you either haven't registered or haven't logged in for over a year. Please use a new email address to register as a new member.

  • Q. I cannot access the password change link I received.

    A.  If the email containing the password change link is marked as 'spam', you may not be able to access the link directly. You can try the following steps:

    •  Move the email from the spam folder to your inbox
    • Add noreply-enews@mail.in.uniqlo.com to your safe sender list and try accessing the link again
    • Copy the link from the email, paste it into a new browser window, and try accessing it again
  • Q. My account is locked because I entered the wrong password multiple times. 

    A.  If you enter the wrong password several times, your account will be temporarily locked. Please wait a while and try logging in again, or reset your password using the steps above.
