To return your online order, please ensure that your items meet our Returns Policy. You can return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase

For Online Orders
Submit a return request from your purchase history and the items will be picked up by our courier partner.
Once the warehouse confirms your returned items, we will process your refund. [Click here for Refund Details]

1. Submit a return request from your purchase history
1. Go to [Purchase History]
2. Select [ Online Purchase ]
3. Select Order Number
4. Tap [Return] for the order
*If the button is not shown, the item cannot be returned
*If the return period has expired, the button will not appear
3. Confirm Return conditions, then tap [Return] for this Item
4. Select [Return], then tap [Continue]
5. Choose quantity and reason, then tap [Check Selection Details]
6. Review details and tap [Submit]
*Tap [Next] to receive a confirmation email.
*If you made a mistake, tap Cancel Return and reapply

2. Prepare for return
1. Keep the item/s ready with tags intact in the original condition
2. Our courier partner will visit your address/location within 1-3 days of creating return order
Required Items:
- Product (with tags), unused/unwashed
- Return order number & Authorization Code (OTP) sent on your registered mobile number (via WhatsApp) to be shared with the courier company at the time of pickup from your location/address
- Note: only handover the items that has been raised for return in the respective return order number. In case handing over any other item or extra item/quantity UNIQLO India will not be responsible for the same.

How to check your raised return and return pickup address
You must complete your return application first.
1. Go to [Online Purchase]
2. Tap [Return] for the relevant order
3. Open the [History] tab and tap [Check Return Details (click on see return instruction) to see (Return Pickup Address, Contact Number)]
Important Notes
- Items without a return request cannot be accepted.
- Please provide OTP at the time of pick up
- The return address will be displayed during the return request.
- The return will be picked up in 1-3 days post raising your return request on your UNIQLO India account
- The refund will be processed once the item/s reaches our warehouse within 3-7 days depending upon your location
- Once the item/s passes the quality check at our warehouse the refund will be processed in your original mode of payment within 3-7 business days.
A return shipping fee of 50 INR will be charged when handling your return and will be deducted from your item value. The cost is borne by the customer.
Return shipping fee is non-refundable.

Q. I see “You cannot apply for a return from this screen.”
A. This happens when:
- Post 30 days from the date of purchase
- Part of a multi-buy purchase has already been processed for return
- Item is altered or from the non-returnable category
Items purchased at a store can only be returned at that store.

Q. The Return button is not displayed.
A. This happens when:
- The item does not meet return conditions [See conditions here]
- You already applied for an exchange and received the item

Q. Can I cancel a return application?
A. No, to cancel return, please ask delivery partner to cancel this return request by sharing OTP with the delivery partner when the delivery partner contacts for the Return Pick-up.
Once return is raised it can't be self cancelled by the customer on Uniqlo App/Website

Q. Why has my return been rejected and sent back to me?
A. Your return may be rejected if:
- More than 30 days have passed since you received the item
- No Return Request has been submitted
- Original packaging, price tag, or label is missing
- Item is innerwear or a packaged product
- Item is not in new condition (looks used or washed)
- Item is damaged (torn, stained, wrinkled)
- Item has odor (cigarette, perfume)

Q. Can I return an item at the store?
A. No, for online orders, returns are not accepted in stores. [Click here for Online Orders Exchange Details]

Q. What happens to my refund if I used a voucher?
A. If you used a voucher, the value of your voucher is distributed proportionately across all items in your order.
When returning an item from an order where a voucher has been applied, the value of the voucher will be deducted accordingly.
