WHY IS MY ORDER NOT PLACED AND AMOUNT DEDUCTED – YOU DON’T NEED TO WORRY AS YOUR AMOUNT WILL GET AUTO REFUNDED, BELOW ARE SOME COMMON REASONS FOR THIS ISSUE.
Network Drop during payment confirmation: Your internet connection (or ours) might have flickered for a split-second right after your bank approved the payment. Our system didn't get the final confirmation from the bank on time, so it couldn't create your order.
Internal Order Creation Issue: In very rare cases, the payment confirmation is received successfully, but a temporary issue on our website prevents the order from being finalized in our system.
UPI – There can be multiple reasons for payment failure.
Incorrect UPI PIN: This is the most common reason! It's easy to mistype your secret PIN in a hurry. If you enter the wrong PIN multiple times, your bank might temporarily block your UPI transactions for security.
Daily Transaction Limit Reached: To keep your money safe, your bank and the UPI app (like Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm) set a limit on how much you can spend or how many transactions you can do in a day. You might have hit this limit.
Bad Internet Connection: A weak or unstable internet connection on your phone can interrupt the payment process, causing it to fail.
Bank Server Down: Sometimes, your bank's servers might be too busy or down for maintenance. Think of it like a traffic jam on the road to completing your payment. It's usually a temporary issue.
UPI App Glitches: The UPI app you are using might be facing a temporary technical snag. A simple restart of the app or your phone can sometimes fix this.
Timed Out: UPI payments need to be completed within a certain time frame (usually a few minutes). If you take too long to enter your PIN or approve the payment, the request will "time out" and fail.
Wrong UPI ID: If you're using a UPI ID to pay, a small typo can send the payment request to the wrong person or to a non-existent ID, causing the transaction to fail.
