Q. Can I make changes to my order?
If you want to change anything at all with your order (e.g. delivery address, mobile number, size or colour, payment method), you have 30 minutes to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct details.
Steps to Cancel (Within 30 Minutes):

If you wish to cancel or modify your order and 30 minutes has passed, we would request you to please cancel the order at the time delivery by providing order cancellation OTP to delivery executive and do not accept the order.
The complete order will be refunded in your original mode of payment.

Your order status will show as ‘Cancelled’ once successful. The pending charge on your card or PayU will be cleared within 2-5 business days by your card issuer. If the debit is still there after this time please contact your card issuer directly for assistance.
