UNIQLO Gift Cards can be purchased at any UNIQLO India Offline store and are non-refundable
Denomination: 1000 INR, 2000 INR, 3000 INR, 5000 INR
Payment Method: Credit/ Debit Card/ Cash/ UPI Payment 

• Not available at our Online store    
• Our UNIQLO Gift Card can be used for in-store purchases in all UNIQLO India stores    
• Please queue-in our cashier counter to seek for our staff during your checkout payment in our store.  To use in self-checkout counter, simply scan the barcode at the tablet or enter your card number.
• You may combine with other available payment method in store if your UNIQLO Gift Card is insufficient balance for the payment.

Products purchased via the gift card cannot be returned & refunded. They can be exchanged at any UNIQLO India store within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Gift Card T&C

• This Card is valid at all UNIQLO retail stores in India (excluding online).
• It is non-reloadable; and non-extendable card and expires in  1 year (12 months) from issue date.
• Balance is non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Expired balance will be fortified.
• UNIQLO India is not liable for loss, theft, or misuse.
• Card is void if barcode or security features are damaged.
• Purchases are exchangeable in-store but not returnable.

• Terms may change without notice at UNIQLO India's discretion.

 

• Q. How can I top up my gift card or use it to make a purchase in-store?

  A.The value of the gift card cannot be topped up. To use your gift card, please queue at the cashier counter and our staff will assist you in scanning it to complete the your purchase. If there's a balance due, you are required to pay the difference using another payment method (or another gift card).

• Q. What if my Gift Card is lost or damaged?

  A.  We're sorry to hear this! As the Gift Card should be treated like cash, UNIQLO accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged or expired gift cards.

• Q. If my purchased amount is less than the amount on my gift card, can I apply the remaining balance to my next in-store purchase?

  A.  You can use any available amount balance in your gift card for your next purchases in-store.

• Q. If my gift card is left some balance post my purchase can I get a refund for the same?

  A.  No, any balance left is the gift card is non-refundable.

• Q. If the card limit is exhausted can I recharge the card?

  A.  No, the gift card cannot be re-charged.
