• Only 1 sample will be provided per invoice/customer.
• Log in to your UNIQLO Membership Account scan the App at the sample collection table

• Q. I placed an order worth 6000 INR but did not receive the sample item?

  A. If the sample item is not received in your order then we are completely out of stock for the samples.

• Q. I forgot to get my App scanned at the store will I get a sample?

  A. Unfortunately samples cannot be provided if the App is not scanned at the time of purchase only for offline stores.
