Q. When do I receive my refund once I have returned my online order to warehouse
The refund timeline is 5-7 working days once your return order passes our quality check at our warehouse.
You will be notified on your registered email id via our payment gateway PAYU with email subject line "Refund Success" from date of receiving this email the amount will reflect in your source account (original mode of payment) within 2-3 working days.
Note: Our courier partner will pick up the product from your place within 3-7days of raising your return request and shall process the refund on completion of successful quality check item(s) The items should be returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached.
