Q. What happens if I am unable to collect my order?

If you are unable to collect your order within 14-days, the order will be returned back to us and a refund process will be observed. Process will take another 7 to 14-working days upon receiving the item in the warehouse.

If you are unable to collect your order yourself, you may ask someone to collect it on your behalf. However, please note that they will need a copy of your Notification e-mail to proceed with the collection.
