Q. How can I return my purchase from an Offline store?
Yes, the items can be returned from the same purchased store within 30 days from the date of purchase provided they are unused/unwashed, and in the original selling condition, along with original bill & tags. The refund will be processed in the original mode of payment.
For debit/credit cards, the refund will reflect in your source account within 14 working days from the date of getting the refund slip from the respective store.
Incase, the refund amount is still not reflecting in your source account please contact your bank's customer care.
Note: Customers shall not be entitled for exchange or refund of the following products:
• Innerwear
• Swimwear
• Socks
• Mask
• Loungewear
• Baby wear
• Accessories
• Any other packaged/bundled product
• Customer requested altered products.
• Products without the original price tags.
• Purchases made abroad.
• Purchase made through/by redeeming any gift vouchers/ cards/coupons.
