Q. How can I return an item purchased from the Online store?
Please refer to our detailed process of how to raise a return for items purchased from our online store:
Step 1: Go to your "Order History" under your account membership
Step 2: Look for your recent order number you wish to return and click on "RETURN" tab
Step 3: Select only the item returnable items you wish return
Step 4: Uncheck the reason of return & confirm the item condition. Click on "Continue" to proceed
Step 5: Add the return pickup address details on this page and click on "CONTINUE"
Step 6: Cross check the details shared in previous steps & click "Submit"
Step 7: This kind of final screen will appear once your return has been placed successfully and there will be an automated email sent on your registered email id with Uniqlo.

Please make sure to read the Return Policy included in your package to check the process relating to your order classification.
Online purchases that require refund must be returned & handed-over to the Delhivery pickup person.
Please follow these steps:
- Make sure to read the Return Policy. Confirm that the items meet the Return & Exchange Policy.
- Re-pack the items including all original tags, original receipt.
- Login to your UNIQLO account and go to the Order History tab select your order number to raise return
- 50 INR Shipping fee will charged of item return back to our warehouse shall be shouldered by the customer.
- The item will be picked up from your location within 3-7 days post raising the return on the app/website
- The process of refund begins when we receive the item in our warehouse and passes QC there will be an email notification sent to your registered email id
- Refunded amount will be reverted to the credit/debit card account used to purchase the online order.
- Refund takes up to 7-14 business days to be processed. However, the timeline may depend on your credit/debit card company's policy.
- Payment Gateway PayU will notify you on your registered email id with us for the successful processing of the refund
- Incase the item received is not in saleable condition= used, tags not intact, washed, stained or a non-returnable item the same will be sent back to the customer
