Q. How can I proceed with Return?

Please make sure to read the Return Policy included in your package to check the process relating to your order classification.  
Online purchases that require refund must be returned & handed-over to the Delhivery pickup person.
Please follow these steps:
- Make sure to read the Return Policy. Confirm that the items meet the Return & Exchange Policy.
- Re-pack the items including all original tags, original receipt.
- Login yto your UNIQLO account and go to the Order History tab select your order number to raise return 
- 50 INR Shipping fee will charged of item return back to our warehouse shall be shouldered by the customer.
- Refunded amount will be reverted to the credit/debit card account used to purchase the online order. 
- The process of refund begins when we receive the item in our warehouse and passes QC.
- Refund takes up to 14 business days to be processed. However, the timeline may depend on your credit/debit card company's policy.

Step 1: Return request accepted on our website 
Step 2: Return Pick-up to be done from your location within 2-4 business days
Step 3: The return order reaches our warehouse within 5-7 business days depending upon your location
Step 4: Once the return order reached our warehouse quality check is processed within 24-48 hours
Step 5: Post the quality check passed the refund is issued to the original payment method
Step 6: the processed refund will reflect in your account within 7-14 business day depending upon your bank
