Q. Can I exchange a faulty item purchased at the store?

We’re very sorry to hear an item you have purchased from us may be faulty! You can visit the local UNIQLO INDIA store from where the purchase was made that our friendly staff can physically assess your item for any manufacturing faults within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure to bring your receipt or another form of proof of transaction so that the team can verify your purchase.
