Terms and Conditions

1. This Click & Collect voucher (“Voucher”) is promoted and conducted by Uniqlo India Private
Limited (“UNIQLO”) within the territory of India.
2. All Customers who purchase any UNIQLO product from UNIQLO official website
(“https://www.uniqlo.com/in/en/”) or UNIQLO Official app between 2nd May 2025 00:00
hours – 15th May 2025 23:59 hours and opts for Click & Collect as delivery option, shall
receive a discount Voucher.
3. Customers can redeem this Voucher exclusively on UNIQLO official stores at the billing
counter, e-commerce website i.e. (https://www.uniqlo.com/in/en/) or official UNIQLO app
till 15th June 2025. This voucher cannot be redeemed at self-checkout counters. The
Customers must take the help of staff members while redeeming the voucher. The customer
must shop for merchandise worth INR 3000/- or more in a single invoice and must use the
Voucher code at the time of check-out in order to avail a discount of INR 300/-.
4. The customer shall only be eligible to use this offer once.
5. The Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
6. The Voucher shall be kept in the Click & Collect parcel itself for all eligible customers.
7. The Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-returnable, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with
any other offers, and no substitution for cash alternative is offered.
8. Employees and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same
household as the employees or family members of the employees of UNIQLO and/or its
affiliates, its parent company and the parent company’s group companies, affiliated companies
and subsidiaries, and other coordinating agencies or individuals directly or indirectly providing
services to UNIQLO, are not eligible to use this Voucher.
9. Customers agree that personal data, if any, that may be shared, including name, mailing address,
telephone number, and email address may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the
purposes and within the context of using the Voucher.
10. Customers also understand this data may be used by UNIQLO to verify a customer’s identity.
Customers have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by
UNIQLO in connection with this Voucher by contacting UNIQLO. All personal information
that is collected from the customer is subject to UNIQLO’s Privacy Policy.
11. Each customer hereby agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold UNIQLO, its directors,
employees, its affiliates, its parent company, and the parent company’s group companies, and
subsidiaries, harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or
property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from or in relation with the
customer’s availing this Voucher.
12. UNIQLO reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend this Voucher at any time at its
absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
13. Disputes, if any, in relation to this Voucher shall be decided by UNIQLO’s management, and
the decision shall be final and binding on all customers. No correspondence in this regard shall
be entertained by UNIQLO.
14. The courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to preside over issues arising
under these terms and conditions.
15. All other standard terms and conditions issued by UNIQLO shall be applicable.
